Cumano Bar & Jasmina!

Stayed at AC Hotel Marriott in Split for a night after my cruise. Had lunch at Cumano Bar in the hotel that was fabulous! I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Jasmina who made the best Irish coffee I have had in the last 5 years! She made homemade whipped cream and it was absolutely delicious!! I also had a chicken Caesar wrap that was great. My friend had a club sandwich that looked fabulous! The presentation was stunning & my friend said it was delicious! 5 stars to Jasmina & Cumano Bar...great service & outstanding Irish coffee!! Absolutely recommend!

Second visit, highly recommend. Awesome massage

Second time staying at the AC, did not disappoint. My room was great, bed super comfortable, the staff were great. Definitely hit the 1800 Spa, the massage is one of the best. I purposely chose the AC for my second visit because of the fantastic massage. The hotel is conveniently in the central part of Split, a short walk or ride to the coast. My luggage was delayed (oh well) but they have a great mall right around the corner. I would certainly come back to this property again.

Absolutely amazing!

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and had a wonderful atmosphere. With stunning views. The customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Victoria Turned a Travel Nightmare into a Happy Memory

Our stay at the AC Hotel Split by Marriott was excellent, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible service from Victoria and the entire concierge team.
While traveling from Dubrovnik to Split, we accidentally left one of our bags behind in Dubrovnik. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to recover it before our flight. Victoria immediately took ownership of the situation and went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. She coordinated everything seamlessly and even arranged for the General Manager, who happened to be in Dubrovnik, to bring our bag back to Split in time for us to catch our next flight.
The entire process was handled with genuine care, urgency, and professionalism. At no point did we feel like we were dealing with a hotel—we felt like someone was personally invested in helping us.
Exceptional hospitality isn’t just about beautiful rooms or great facilities; it’s about people who genuinely care. Victoria is one of those rare individuals who transforms a stressful situation into a memorable experience. Her kindness, initiative, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on us.
Thank you, Victoria, and the entire team at AC Hotel Split by Marriott. You turned what could have been a travel nightmare into a story we’ll remember for all the right reasons. This is hospitality at its very best, and it’s the reason we’ll gladly choose Marriott again.

Very Nice

We had a wonderful stay, and our Presidential Suite was absolutely amazing.
The views are the highlight of the property. From the suite, you can see the city, the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance. We were even treated to a thunderstorm that put on an incredible lightning show.
The hotel is only a 5–10 minute taxi ride from Split's Old Town. It's easy to request a ride using one of the local ride-hailing apps, and once you're there, you'll find countless excellent restaurants, historic sights and plenty to explore.
The suite included complimentary beer, wine, champagne, bottled water and a selection of snacks. The glassware was refreshed daily. We initially thought the beer would also be replenished each day, but that wasn't the case.
The suite features two bathrooms—a spacious primary bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower, plus a convenient half bath located near the center of the suite.
There was more than enough closet and drawer space to unpack and stay organized throughout our visit.
The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well each night.
Breakfast was included with our stay. It was good, with a decent selection, though it wasn't especially memorable.
What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered—from the front desk to the bar team—was warm, professional and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again.
