We had a wonderful stay at Hostel Spinut during our family trip to Split, Croatia. We were a group of 8 people, and everything was excellent from the moment we arrived.
The hostel was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was also great, making it easy to reach the city center and explore the beautiful attractions of Split.
We truly enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable throughout our visit. It was a great choice for our family, and we are very happy with our experience.
We highly recommend Hostel Spinut to anyone visiting Split. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable we would definitely stay here again!

The room was excellent. As you would expect for the price. Bed was comfy room was dark at night and we felt safe. Location of the hostel was ok - located just a 20 minute slow walk from splits old town it makes seeing the tourist sights easy. There is also a bus stop outside although we never used this route. Being located away from the centre naturally makes the hostel feel more quiet and peaceful. Do note that there are some lesser lit streets on the walk back to the hostel.
We didn’t have many problems during our stay apart from being woken up by the cleaning staff entering our room at around 06:00 (am). This was clearly a honest mistake and they quickly apologised and left. Note that if you start your days later the staff may knock on your door and ask if you would like clean towels. There are no do not disturb signs to prevent this happening. Having the option for clean towels every night is nice however.
I don’t doubt you will have a comfortable trip here.

Much more than satisfied.

Excellent value for money. Clean rooms with made beds and towels. Perfect room with air conditioning. Staff helpful and kind. Excellent management of cheap refreshments and quality food. To recommend.

It was horrible. The bathroom was old and not clean. The staff was nice but the room was terrible with leakage and lot of mosquitoes throughout the night. Not recommended for couple to stay in the hotel. The bathroom was not clean and there was hole in the bathroom. Lots of flies and mosquitoes around.
