Weekly Apartment Servicing: Apartments receive a weekly service, including a starter pack of essentials like soaps, detergents, toilet paper, and tea and coffee supplies. Reception Hours: Please be aware that Spring Hill Gardens Apartments does not operate a 24-hour reception. Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00. Should you plan to arrive outside these hours, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation. Payment Surcharges: A surcharge of 1.5% applies for payments made with Visa or Mastercard, and a 3% surcharge is applicable for payments with American Express or Diners Club credit cards. Payment and Damage Deposit: Payment for your stay will be processed shortly after the booking grace period ends. Upon arrival, a 200 AUD damage deposit is pre-authorised, refundable following your departure, provided there is no key loss, the room is maintained clean, and no damage is detected. Undercover Parking: Limited on-site undercover parking is available for an additional charge. If you require parking, please ensure to contact us in advance to secure a spot.
