Lovely Stay

I arrived at the hostel late into the night, Marco was up and greeted me as I arrived. He is a very accommodating host, gives the guests maps of the area and tells them about land marks and destinations he recommends. Its close to the city bus system so its easy to get to downtown Lima. The hostel is not in the major tourist areas but its still easy to get to them. Being out of those areas is a positive for me because it allows for a more relaxed experience. The rooftop seating area is nice to just enjoy the weather at night. Comfortable stay, I would come again.

Perfect stay!

The accommodation is just perfect. Marco is a lovely host and goes out of his way to help you with any needs.
I’ve stayed for 2 whole weeks and I really felt at home!
To put it into short form: great host, super clean, comfy beds and the feeling staying at home.

Enjoy Lima

Marco is a superb host, he'll make you comfortable and give you all the tips you need to have the best experience in Lima. The hostel has all the commodities, is located near the public transport and in the proximity you can find everything you need (stores, market, laundry, pharmacy, etc) The rooms are cozy and clean, the kitchen well equipped and the common room spacious and relaxing. And don't forget to check the terrace bar for a stunning view and a pisco cocktail!

Comfortable bed and a pisco sour tutorial

Had a great stay at Lima Backpackers. Marco was friendly and accomodating. He taught me how to make a pisco sour in the hostel's rooftop bar! Tasty breakfast including fresh bread from the bakery around the corner. Highly recommend!

One my favorite places to stay even better now!

This was my second time at Lima Backpackers. Both times I got into town on late flights, but it was never an issue. Marco stayed up until We got there to make sure everything went smoothly. Since my last trip a rooftop bar has been added and Marco still makes some of the best drinks in Peru. Aside from that the place is very clean, has hot showers, and is in a quiet neighborhood with good access to whatever you need. Another perfect stay!
