Hotel is a distance from city centre but the ambience is good. Quiet & relaxing. Good varieties of breakfast. Housekeeping is efficient.

Poor breakfast

Everything was OK except the breakfast. Breakfast was very, very poor for an international hotel. They seem to be oriented more toward the local Chinese community than the business traveler. There were weddings taking place every day I was there.

This is my go to hotel whenever I travel. Everything is quiet and the hotel staff are friendly and respectful.
I will always choose Hyatt.
Plus, their breakfast is the best.

The staff in the restaurant does not appear very professional, especially when I asked about the dinner options; they didn’t understand my requests and had no idea whether the dishes were available.

The first room given to be had strong smoking smell , probably left by the previous customer. Seem the hotel claim itself to be smoke free , they should take serious step to clean up the room before releasing. However the front desk was very helpful and make a change immediately without much question. I also seen cigarette butt in the main lobby and saw someone walking freely with cigarettes while the lobby staff try to be polite and ask him to stop without success. The hotel should provide a better training and protection to their staff in handling such cases. Other than this , services are up to their 5 star standard. It will be my top 2 choice when in town.
