Better than expected!
I'm writing this review to leave our 5 star rating, because you can't do more!!
Reading the reviews left by other users, I think I stayed in another hotel
Let's start with the pre-departure assistance, kind and patient.
Always welcomed with a smile by all the staff, reception, restaurant, rooms, bar and kids club.
Warm, welcoming, VERY CLEAN room.. I swear I actually looked for the dust and couldn't find it
Restaurant??a delicacy! Really good and friendly chef!
My daughter, very shy, was very happy with the entertainment staff.
Perfect and delicious breakfast, with maitre d' and staff who explained everything there was to know.
Everyone is always available to exchange a few words and have a laugh!
Are we talking about the quality/price ratio?
Unparalleled!!
This is clearly the best hotel where I have stayed, if we look at the overall services/staff/cleanliness/food/price!!

Weekend on the snow
We stayed overnight at this property.
The great breakfast and the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff makes you forget that you slept in a room that, although clean, was very small, outdated and with water infiltration everywhere.
Too bad because the area and the view deserved.

All very beautiful
I stayed in this 3-star property from 27 to 29 December 2023. The welcome upon arrival from the very professional and kind Director Giusy was excellent.
The structure is imposing and built with criteria suitable for the climate in which it is located, the location is good, but far from the ski resorts it is not even close to the center of this mountain resort.
The Hotel has great potential with the external space in front, which overlooks the chair lifts, Frabosa Soprana and the valley, it's a shame there was no snow, because the surrounding landscape would have been truly beautiful.
The rooms are small and simple, but complete with everything, the temperature in the room is optimal and I slept very well, thanks also to the new mattresses.
The restaurant is very large, far superior to the capacity of the hotel, the catering is really good and the chef is very good, I would say the breakfast was excellent, beyond expectations for a 3 star hotel.
There is no mini club area.
External Ski Room, small and cold.
Very convenient outdoor parking space.
The welcome in general is good, from the reception, to the bar, to the restaurant, enough entertainment to entertain especially the children, the girls are good at contacting the children and customers.
I'll be back soon, but next time I want LOTS OF SNOW!!!

Family vacation
3 of us stayed here for a skiing week with half board. The hotel appears a little dated but comfortable. The food is plentiful and it's always hot. The staff is kind and attentive to the needs of all adults and children. The baby club was greatly appreciated by my son and consequently by us! Excellent management of a problem relating to our stay (health reason) where the management responded quickly and positively. Price appropriate for the service offered.

A lunch with a beautiful view
We only tried the restaurant for lunch. Let me start by saying that we hadn't booked. However, they welcomed us and proposed the menu of the day. We chose some dishes without making the full menu. Starters normal. In short, first courses, the pasta seemed reheated and the seafood sauce was not well mixed. Very good polenta and wild boar. The cake was really good. The hotel is still furnished in an 80s style. The dining room has a spectacular view. The waiter was kind and professional.
