Great stay
Lovely Hotel, had a lovely stay with my son.
Room was lovely, was very clean. Didn’t have a nice view though I was on the bottom floor with the car park for the gym right at the window so woke up a few times to car doors opening and closing as I left my window ajar as there is no air conditioning and weather has been very humid lately. There is a fan in the room but that for me is too noisy to sleep with. Just a tip, I didn’t know were the pool was so I followed the signs which brings you to a fire exit! I was afraid to go through in case i set off an alarm but found out at reception that is the way to leisure centre for guests (bit confusing) should probably say that on a sign on the door.
Went for dinner in the hotel was amazing got a great deal 3 courses for €37 which included a free tea or coffee when your finished.
Would like say customer service from Roisin at breakfast was fantastic she was very kind and attentive.

Best Hotel we have stayed in
Top class hotel, probably the best hotel experience we have had. Rooms were beautiful, staff were so helpful and friendly, price was very reasonable, food and drinks were excellent and they even had a fairy door hunt for the kids to enjoy.
Myself and my wife were so impressed with the Talbot in Middleton that we are already planning our next trip.
We literally couldn't have asked for anything more out of our staff and will be back soon.

Myself and my family had the best 2 nights staying in your hotel, it was amazing. Would definitely return
The location of the hotel was amazing there was so much to do within a few mile radius.
The atmosphere in the hotel was incredible and all the staff were all so pleasant and helpful.
The room was very spacious for 4 people it was clean and had everything you needed.
The deal I got was amazing value for money I couldn’t fault it.
The amenities in the hotel were brilliant, from the pool, gym and restaurants it was amazing.
I slept really well because the noise level was zero

A family stay to remember forever!
Could not fault it! We did the Fota package and the picnic was a lovely touch.
Front desk staff were amazing. Would highly recommend and would come back. I would say the inclusion on an indoor playzone / softplay room would be amazing. Newpark in Kilkenny has one and would be great for winter visits.

Lovely big spacious room with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good with a good selection. Staff were lovely and very helpful on reception. The bar staff were really friendly and helpful with plenty of chat. Really enjoyed my stay here.

The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking. A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance. A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking. All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows. Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights. If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.
