Please be considerate of neighbors. Parties or loud music are strictly not allowed. If neighbors are disturbed or the police are called, the reservation will be cancelled without refund. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony - please use an ashtray and do not throw cigarette butts on the floor. If smoke, burns, or any related damage is found, a minimum 250EUR cleaning/damage fee will apply. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the apartment. Do not leave the key inside the lock when you leave, or you will not be able to re-enter, and a locksmith will need to be called at your expense. Forgotten keys requiring emergency assistance: 50EUR. If locks need to be changed: from 200EUR. Lost or unreturned keys: 180EUR per set. Late check-out without prior agreement: 50EUR per hour. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. If unauthorized guests are found, the security deposit will be withheld and the reservation may be cancelled. Please do not take the white towels to the beach. Ask us about renting beach towels instead. Please lock all doors and windows and turn off the AC when you leave the apartment. For stays of 28 nights or more, a 200EUR monthly contribution for utility bills (electricity, water, gas) applies, payable in advance at check-in. As per Barcelona law (Ley Ciudadana - April 2017), we are required to collect passport details for all guests. This information is submitted to the police within 24 hours of your check-in, just like in a hotel. A security deposit is required and will be held on your credit card. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. If paid in cash, the refund will be made via bank transfer, and any transfer fees will be the guests responsibility.
