What a great service and a beautiful apartment!!

Beautiful spacious apartment that I have moved into for 1 night. Super nice reception. Perfect parking at the hotel and within walking distance of the old town. Good beds and when I found out the next day I had a flat tire with the rental car, the manager arranged everything for me with the landlord and the road service. Super helpful and so nice.

Wonderful stay

We spent 5 wonderful days at the Ruby Luxury Suites. Spotless, modern rooms. We had a kitchen which helped with breakfast. Great spot everything close by. Old town was a 5-10 min walk.
We dealt with Kosta at the hotel and always pleasant and professional. We will definitely be back!

It was a weeks stay

Perfect location! Very kind and welcoming staff! I would definitely stay there again! The parking space was really helpful. We were able to walk in the old town and the city centre in less than 10 minutes. They also helped us organize our trip to Chania!

I had the luck to found this lovely hotel and spent 10 days there. Everything was lovely and beyond my expectations!!
First to mention the cleanliness!!! The house keeping ladies did their best!!
Friendly reception staff with many tips to offer and always willing to assist you.
A huge bonus the parking since we had a car!!!
My kids enjoyed the spacious suite and the balcony was very comfortable to relax too.
We would love to come again!!!
