I cannot recommend this place. While the front desk staff was friendly, the property is worn down, dirty, outdated, smells of cigarette smoke, and incredibly loud by both a main street and the freeway. Bedding has cigarette burns, microwave was dirty, stains on floor, dust/grime on every surface.
Even with the a/c unit on high a d ear plugs, I could hear every car and motorcycle. Didn't sleep at all.
With a little care and time, this property could be updated to align with the price, but even at this cheap price it's not worth it.

There was nothing to like. The first room was disgusting. The microwave looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned, and the fridge was the same. The bed covers had stains on them. The floors were filthy, like I am talking had not been vacuumed or washed in ages. Went to call the front desk to complain, and the phone was covered in dust and dirt and didn’t work. I went to the front desk. The lady at the front desk said she was the head of housekeeping, and she was going to move us to a room she had cleaned herself. She came up to our current room and took pictures of the filth. She took us to the other room. It was no better. The bed covers also had stains on them and a bonus of cigarette burns. The fridge and microwave weren’t much better. The floor was as bad a the first. Also, the stairs up to the second floor also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. I could go on and on…don’t stay here…..

The room was absolutely filthy, had to clean it before you could use anything. Pictures online are a complete false representation. I would not recommend. Alot of full time residents
