Please turn off all power when you leave the room. This property is Non-smoking for the whole building. Please note that guests are required to specify the total number of guests staying at the property, including children, to ensure the correct number of beds are provided. Please inform In Phuket House in advance of your expected arrival time before 5 pm on your arrival date. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests arriving after 19:00 are requested to inform the property at least 2 hours prior to their expected arrival time. Please note that an additional charge of 300 THB per room from 22:00 to 00:00is applicable for late check-in and no show after midnight. For early check out either between 10 pm - 12 am or 6 - 6.45 am., there is an extra charge 300 baht. If you really need to check out after midnight till 5.45 am, the extra charge will be 500 baht. A key and damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. We concern about environment and global warming. A cleaning service, which includes changing bed linen and towels, is available upon request. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
