Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Contactless payments or Apple Pay are not accepted, and cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply. Self-parking is available at USD 45 per night for standard-sized vehicles and USD 55 per night for oversize vehicles. Valet parking is not available at this time. The Presidential Suite is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 2 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Presidential Suite (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card. A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in. Our facility fee will entitle guests to the following: - Prosecco Hour - daily in the hotel lobby from 15:00 to 16:00 - Access to the Digital New York Times - Bottled water daily (available at the front desk) - TMPL Gym Access - 10% off Guggenheim Museum tickets - 15% off Central Park Bike Tours Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note, for the Bed and Breakfast rates, we provide Continental Breakfast Vouchers based on the number of registered guests. Continental breakfast at Serafina includes a choice of tea, coffee, or orange juice; a basket of pastries served with jam and a choice of fruit salad, yogurt and granola or cereal.
