After the booking you should shortly receive a personal "guest area" link where you can fill in all required pre-check-in info, upload your ID/Passport, and settle the payment for the £150 security deposit. We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account. ***For third-party booking, we still require your ID and the ID of the guest who will be staying in our apartment. For the security deposit, you should be reimbursed within 7-14 days after check-out depending on your bank processing time, and subject to an inspection of the property. NOTE: the security deposit is held and then re-authenticated every 7 days and it will be released 3 days after check out. To avoid this you can send the £150 security deposit through bank transfer. However, the refund will be processed 7 days after the check out date. We operate a self-check-in. The key should be collected from the store (key collection details will be visible on the guest portal) If you would like an early check-in or late check-out please let us know. It's depending on availability. ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST. Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen Some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and salt ***Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. ***NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. ***No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. ***No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.
