Fantastic Holiday break
We flew out to Agadir and really took a blind guess, having never been there before, to celebrate our 25th (silver) wedding anniversary. Both me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort was clean and well maintained. Food was excellent for the whole duration with both my wife (vegetarian) and me very well catered for. Drinks choice, while complained about by others, were served in disposable cups for obvious reasons. While we were there as a couple there were children present. This did not in any way spoil anything. Every single member of staff worked tirelessly to provide the very best they could from chamber maids, bell hop, reception counter staff, bar staff, chef and his cooks to waiting staff and entertainment staff. Trips to the souk were lots of fun, visits to the kasbah, herbalist and old town were very interesting and enlightening. Thank you all so very much for making our trip to somewhere different both very enjoyable and thoroughly memorable.
We will definitely be back, sooner rather than later!!

If you’re not French or German , no one cares .
We’ve been here in January, and let me tell you : I am not a Karen by any means . I always give a change to every single holiday me an my partner even if we are received in the worst manner.
That was the case with this hotel.
Reception guys were uninterested, had to wait for probably 30 minutes to check in (no, there was no one in front of us)
Room was decent , the cleaner missed 3 out of the 7 days we were there, but we did not complain.
Breakfast was very poor in option , fresh orange juice was 2.5£ and it was more mash orange than juice. Tea time food was awful, I usually always manage to find something to eat : here was not even once the case. We ended up eating outside a few nights . Launch time was the best , loads of grilled meat options to choose from.
Not to mention the fact that we had to war every single time for the staff to clean the table and bring the cutlery (you were not allowed to get your own cutlery). French and German people were seated as soon as they got by the table , no matter if you were already waiting for 15 minutes before they arrived. Let me tell you , we saved a small fortune on tips , which we used to eat outside of the hotel .
The best part of our holiday were the pool bar staff and animation guys . Big big shoutout to Ahmed and the other 2 guys I unfortunately don’t remember the names for making us feel welcomed. And also from defending us from a raging franchise older gentleman that was pissed because the animation team was speaking English to our group instead of French (that was the highlight of our last day there )
Morocco is a gorgeous country, worth visiting, is very clean and safe , you don’t get bothered by anyone on the markets or on the streets.
Highly recommend “playa” restaurant by the sea , the food in stunning and cheap and the waiter Mehdi, that kid speaks better English than me

Not for British
Arrived easter Sunday night, reception guy took our luggage to our room, we was right at the back of the hotel, so was other British people, all other foreigners seem to be closer.
Entertainment was all in French, afew of the males spoke bonjour when you spoke back hello they was shocked to know your British then end of conversation, no female animation team spoke or looked at us the whole week.
1 man from the animation team was flirting with a guest and drinking her alcohol once she had gone home he was with another girl in the sports bar across the road.
Food was ok my children struggled evening times what to have, had to take them to mc donalds, but very much enjoyed day time dining. Would return has it was good location but I'm terrified of cockroaches and found 3 in our room just a shame.

10/10 recommend with Waled, Ziko and Anees being the best!
One of the best holidays myself and my husband Dean have had. The staff made the experience 10/10 with Waled, Ziko and Anees being some amazing people who helped people and were the best entertainers. The hotel is beautiful and the food was a great variety that catered to all. Would 100% go back again!

Really great experience
Hotel staff are friendly and absolutely love the atmosphere and how welcoming they are. Rooms are nice, beds are comfy . Restaurant food was a massive let down though. Entertainment team are also amazing, Walid and Ziko are very lively characters, made the trip worth it.
