The room is not big and small washing room. The food is good and people is very nice. The location is perfect and convenience. Lots of restaurant nearby.

Absolutely love this hotel! The room has a lot of historic charm, and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent — close to shops, restaurants, station, and main attractions, making everything super convenient. I will definitely come back!

The hotel is conveniently located at the old district, allowing us to easily access most tourist spots on a quick Didi ride. It’s also very quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful would would help deliver our Meituan orders to our rooms.
It would’ve been great if the washroom had more hooks so we could hang our towels and bath robes.

We find the room a bit small especially if you have 2 big luggages leaving you with little space to move around and the room was a bit dim. And it takes a while to really understand how to operate the voice controlled genie in the room. The temperature of the water for showering was a bit too hot even when we turned it to the lowest but thankfully they managed to get it fixed the next day. They do not provide electric kettle in the room but there is an equipment to dispense warm water (using the bottled mineral water provided). Otherwise, you may use the water dispenser (with both cold and hot water)located at the main reception. The buffet breakfast was adequate although there was not a lot of variety.
But we must especially compliment the helpful and warm services provided by the reception staff. They gave us quite a number of local recommendations for food and sourvenirs and even helped us to compare prices between various online vendors, order local sourvenirs and takeouts using their own mobile phones to be delivered to the hotel. All were delivered within 15 minutes. Can't thank them enough.
