This is a homely hotel with friendly staff.

I used it with my family. The staff was very friendly and the space felt like home and I felt comfortable from beginning to end. Even though I was a picky eater, he was very flexible about cooking.
The room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. The manga corner is also a bonus.
If I had to say anything, I would have liked it if the open-air bath and the public bath were adjacent, but now I think it would have been nice if they were separated.
Anyway, the whole family was satisfied, so there is no doubt that it is a good hotel.
I think it's all about being satisfied during the limited number of days you travel.

The hotel had a very unique traditional design styles.
All the staff are so thoughtful and indeed its feels like a home when staying in there.
Strongly recommended to everyone to have a taste of staying over there.

I was once again impressed by this wonderful inn, with its warm and considerate attitude and customer-first approach.

It's been a while since I stayed here, but I was very happy that the staff remembered my children and welcomed me so warmly. I checked in late, so I was only able to use the large public bath once, but there are many different brands of shampoo and conditioner, so I'm always excited to choose what to use. It's one of the charms of this inn. Dinner was also delicious with a wide variety of dishes. They took photos of the guests at dinner and gave them to us when we checked out, and we could take a hot spring bath in the indoor bath in the room. They were still as considerate as ever, creating pleasant memories for us, and it was a very satisfying trip. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. I was also happy to receive the free drink service of juice and coffee. It was a little cold this time, so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't go outside to use the open-air bath. I would like to use it again. Thank you to all the staff.

considerate service attitude

Because the transfer train was delayed, when we arrived at Yunoyama Onsen Station, we had missed the scheduled connection time; we asked the station staff to help contact the hotel, and the shuttle bus arrived soon! Although the hotel is a bit older, the staff are very polite and enthusiastic! Especially Mina, from the very beginning of the welcome and introduction; we have to take the cable car to the Royal Palace, and specially bring warm bags; for my husband’s birthday at the beginning of the month, we specially arranged a birthday surprise (all of which have already been done) It’s the end of the month!); she gave us wine coupons and chatted with the “Captain” with us; she gave us a photo of the dinner and a handwritten letter when we checked out; we even received a letter of greetings from her a few days later! Mina, you are really hardworking and considerate! Thank you very much!

I had a relaxing time.

We stayed here with my son, who will soon be one year old, and his grandparents.
My grandfather has bad legs, and I was looking for a place to eat in the room because my child is restless and doesn't want to bother other people, and I found this place.
We were able to eat both dinner and breakfast in the room, so we were able to relax.
The plan for in-room dining was only available in the Japanese-style room,
but they laid out two futon mattresses for my grandfather, making it easier for him to get up and down, which was very much appreciated. Thanks to this, he was able to sleep and get up on his own and go to the toilet.
As expected, we couldn't go to the open-air bath, but he seemed happy to be able to take a bath in the hot spring.
They said that it was okay for the baby to take a bath in the hot spring, so I was happy that we could take a bath together. It was also helpful that there were many different types of baby shampoo prepared, and that we could borrow baby products for free.
We also appreciated the diaper trash can and the humidifier/air purifier.
We were able to borrow children's dishes and cutlery for dinner, and we were also happy that they gave us white rice. My child doesn't eat commercial baby food, so I was able to add a little hot water to the rice we were given to soften it, and I was able to grill some sashimi and feed it to him, so we could eat together! I'm glad I chose the Welcome Baby Plan. They also took photos, which became a keepsake.
I'm very satisfied, but I'd like to write about a few things that I was concerned about, so I hope it will be helpful for those who go again.
・The parking lot is a little far away → You can leave your luggage at the entrance, and those with bad legs can get off first, so it's fine.
・The open-air bath is far away and there are many stairs → If you are healthy, there is no problem, and it is a wonderful open-air bath where you can feel nature and relax. It was strict for my grandparents, so we couldn't go, but I enjoyed it. It's cold, so I'm glad that there are jackets and umbrellas available.
・The in-room meal was very helpful, but
it would be helpful if you could pull out the dishes early because children touch and play with them.
*I think it's not busy for those who want to eat slowly, so it may only be at home.
・I'm very happy with the photos in the Welcome Baby Plan, but is it inkjet? Maybe that's why the images and colors are not so good. It was a little disappointing because the card was so nice.
*I was very happy to have it as a keepsake, but
I wish I had taken a picture on my smartphone! If it's digital, I can print it at home.
・It would be helpful if we could leave the borrowed baby products in the room instead of having to return them to the front desk on the way out. *It would be a pain to have a lot of luggage and be holding a child...but it was much more helpful than bringing them from home!
The staff who served us in-room meals were very kind and we were able to have a really relaxing and enjoyable time.
They were also kind enough to change ingredients that I didn't like and were very helpful with the cook.
Thank you to the other staff for your friendly and courteous service.
I was worried about many things about traveling with three generations, but I'm glad we were able to have a relaxing and enjoyable time.
