Requested a room change which was handled very will and the room was clean and more to our liking.

It is unacceptable that the pull-out bed was not clean and that your child was left without a suitable place to sleep. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for a blanket. This delay, along with the cleanliness issues you encountered, from leftover food to the condition of the jetted tub and bathroom door is deeply concerning and will be addressed directly with our housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, and it’s clear we missed the mark during your visit. Your comments have been taken seriously, and we are taking immediate steps to ensure these kinds of oversights do not happen again.

Training needed.
I told the front desk clerk that I paid with Flex Pay and he told me to insert my card. I had never stayed here or used my Wyndham Rewards before so I did as he instructed. I was charged. He had another employee help him reverse the charge, but is still on my statement. I emailed them.
Good in other areas.
