Nice and clean.
My stay here was only for one night enroute from Ohio to Baltimore MD. It was overall a nice stay. The room was very clean with one exception, the carpeting needed to be cleaned. I was a little disappointed that there was no continental breakfast or at least fresh coffee offered in the morning. There is a room coffee maker provided, but I was unsure as to if I had to pay for it because the bottled water was labeled at $3.00 each, and in room coffee is always terrible anyway. I do sort of understand about no continental breakfast being offered, because they have a dining room that offers pay for food.
I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to any and all travelers.
Stay away from the lesser priced rooms offered by the "Roof" motels. I say this from personal experience.

Everyone that we encountered at the hotel was very nice! There was a mix up when we were given keys to an already occupied room. The room itself was old and the beds were very lumpy. They are in the process of renovations. There are also stairs in the mIn lobby to get to the elevators, which was annoying since I have to use a walker.

Not worth the money or points
This hotel needs an overhaul. The rooms are falling apart and are completely outdated. We got an “upgrade” from a king room to the king patio room on the first floor… the tub was cracked and needed replaced (couldn’t take a bath or shower without getting cut or pieces coming off), wall paper is cracking everywhere, room smelled musty, door to the bathroom was rusty and falling apart too.
The hotel main lobby is ok, but the bar closes at 11, even on weekends, and it’s completely outdated. This hotel used to be one of our favorites, but it has gone downhill over the years.
The one nice thing is that this hotel does have a shuttle to the casino, which runs till midnight.

This hotel is so-so. Main entrance is well lit at night, the rest of the parking areas are very dark with limited or no lighting making it unsafe to walk, especially with the size of the potholes. There was no emergency evacuation directions in our room, (see pictures) and I believe NFPA codes require that. Hand rail going from main floor down to lower floor is loose and is ready to come off from wall, stair treads in that same area are damaged making it a trip hazard. Body wash had maybe 1 inch in the bottle, (see picture). Mattress had a large lump in the middle making it difficult to get comfortable. Room had only four pillows and NO extra blankets. Room was spacious and clean. It did have a nice sized compact refrigerator. The “free” WiFi requires you to sign up for Hilton honors. Hotel was built in the early 1970’s and does show its age and definitely needs updated. Hotel is definitely not up to Hilton Standards.

Spacious and clean
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and accommodating, the room was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend booking here, we will likely stay here again. Our family booked for 1 night in room 615, it was bigger than I thought but perfect for our family. We extended another night, but 615 was already booked so we stayed in 601 and was still happy with the accommodations.
