The team at PREMIER SUITES Birmingham would need to issue guests with a SOT Pay online secure payment link to complete the payment transaction in advance of the arrival. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday and Friday, from 09:00 until 20:00, Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 until 18:00 ,Saturday from 10:00 until 19:00, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 11:00 until 17:00. Reservations for 3 or more apartments will be considered a group booking, and 20% of your payment is due at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. Failure to pay the booking deposit, return the group contract on time, or to disclose that you are visiting as part of a group could result in your booking being cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse group bookings if we suspect they may cause disruption to other guests.
