Convenient hotels in Hiroshima
I used it when I was in Hiroshima for work. It is conveniently located in the center of Hiroshima, so it is within walking distance of anywhere. The 24-hour gym on the 6th floor is free for guests, but you need to borrow a key at the front desk on the 1st floor and return it after use. It was a bit of a hassle, but the equipment was good. I had a reservation on the SFC plan, so I could choose breakfast between the biffet on the first floor and Japanese food on the fifth. The Japanese food on the 5th floor was less crowded in the morning and I was glad to have a well-balanced breakfast.

Blood, Dust and Tears
Cramped, dusty, bloody wrapper in a nice hotel that has let things slide.
Who ever makes you step up a quarter step to go to the bathroom? ANA does which accounts for the blood reference that will be in your toes if you miss the step in the dark in the night. Who would have an otherwise nice hotel that has dust in the corners and in the hallway? ANA does. Who would design a hotel for large tourists and nationals who then have no place to store their luggage or even coexist in such a miniscule space? ANA does. Don't get me wrong the standards are different here but we just came from ANA Tokyo, no dust, much more room, and yes still blood but nothing like the step at this ANA. Check out other options. This place needs new management.

Lovely facilities and very service minded staff
Really lovely hotel, perfectly situated near the peace park and memorial museum.
Their lounge facilities are great, and both the Chinese and Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor serve lovely food.
We came without a reservation as the hotel we originally booked did not live up to our expectations, but on the ANA Crown Plaza we got our moneys worth.
I would surely recommend this hotel, and would gladly stay again.

If you prefer a room to use, we recommend making an early reservation.
I used it as a couple. We took a tram to the hotel that day. The nearest tram stop is Fukuromachi, from where you can reach the hotel in a few minutes on foot. Lawson is located on the east side of the hotel, and a short walk to the north side will take you to Hiroshima Hondori Shopping Street, Kamiyacho, and Hatchobori, making it very convenient for shopping and eating.
This time we booked on the club floor, so lobby staff proceeded to check in at the club lounge on the 22nd floor. The skilled response from the lounge staff was very nice.
This time I used Junior Suite Luxury on the 19th floor. It looks like a renovated room with two washrooms and a washroom. This room faces the north side and has a panoramic view of Hiroshima city from the window.
Although it is a club lounge, this one faces the south side and you can see Hiroshima Bay and the islands of Setouchi in the distance as well as the city center. Afternoon tea and cocktail service were provided in the lounge. Although it is a cocktail service, there is no hot meal, it becomes an hors d'oeuvres or snack, and is more of a light meal before dinner.
Other facilities include an ice machine on the 7th floor. I didn't see any vending machines.
Breakfast was served at Flutier, an all-day dining restaurant on the 1st floor, with Japanese and Western buffets, and a Japanese set meal at Unkai on the 5th floor. The menu ranges from classics to local dishes such as Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, and the Eck Station also serves morning steaks.
The number of people using the hotel is more tourists than business people because it is in Hiroshima city, and 70% are probably from overseas.
Although it may be difficult to make a reservation, we will also take advantage of the following opportunities:

Convenient location and value for money. Clean and new, perfect base to explore Hiroshima. A more expensive ferry to Miyajima is also 10 mins walk away
