Due to the limited opening times, providing information about the expected arrival time is essential. Check-in is only possible upon presentation of a current photo ID (ID card or passport) and a valid credit card. Only women can stay overnight in a women's dormitory. If men are booked into women's rooms, access to the house will be refused, and the corresponding fee will be charged. Late arrival is only possible upon request and availability for reservations with a minimum stay of two nights. After sending a photo of the main booker's ID card or passport, as well as the names and dates of birth of any fellow travellers, the room key will be left on the day of arrival, and all information for entering the house will be sent at noon on the day of arrival. Without confirming your own identity by sending a photo of a current photo(ID card or passport), no later access to the house will be organized. Late arrival will not be arranged for reservations with a one-night stay. Guests under 18 years of age (16/17) travelling without a parent or guardian must provide a consent form and a copy of a parent or guardian's passport or ID card. Guests under 16 are not permitted to stay in the hostel without being accompanied by an adult over 18 (consent is required if the accompanying adult is not a parent). Minors are only allowed to stay in private rooms, and babies, toddlers, children, and teenagers are not allowed to stay in dormitories. The age limit for staying in a dormitory is 40 years. Guests with a residential or registered address in Berlin will not be accommodated. If guests from Berlin do book, check-in will be refused, and the corresponding fee will be charged. Reservations from travel agencies are not accepted. Bachelor/bachelorette parties and celebrations of any kind are not accepted. When booking multiple beds within a category but not a private room, it cannot be guaranteed that all beds will be in the same room. When booking for three guests or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For the loss of keys, a fee of EUR 52 (actual key costs, without surcharge) will be charged. Please note that this property does not accept group bookings of more than 10 guests.
