Perfect destination with excellent team!!

We had a truly memorable 4-day stay at Sterling Panchgani. The serene ambience made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was absolutely delicious, with top-notch taste and quality. A big thank you to the cordial and attentive staff—especially Rajesh, Ram, and Mahesh from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless, and Jagmohan, Suresh, and Siddhant from the restaurant team for their warm service and tasty meals. Special thanks to Mr. Rajib Das, the resort manager, who personally ensured our comfort throughout the stay. Heartfelt gratitude to the entire Panchgani team for making our visit so special!

Best place to stay

Very nice place to stay, have a very nice view from the balcony, the manager at resort Mr Rajeev is very helpful and always at your service. Very good staff and the resort has all the amenities for a good time pass.
On the whole value for money.

Family stay

The say was really very good and staff is very cooperative. I really thanks to Sterling team for giving out standing service. I want to mention food is also outstanding. Well cleaned room and nicely mention property.

Excellent place to stay with Family

Excellent place to stay & have great time with family Mr. Rajib Das is extra ordinary General Manager to provide comfort to His guest. his team is great foods are delicious
i will suggest that if wana have good time in that location Sterling Panchgani is the best place to go for

Dirty Pool

It's absolutely filthy starting with the green pool water .
I do not understand why people are allowed in the pool with full clothes on.
On confronting the staff refused to acknowledge the Shere filth of the pool.
Only later next day after my feedback they tried to clean it.
Rooms were also not what I expected from Sterling.
