I just I signed a lease starting May 30th in th meantime I have been renting hotel rooms 3-4 nights during the week staying with my elder father who is in an adult living facility during the weekends as I wait, get into my new apartment i stayed at this hotel 4xs in April and I rented the room from may 5th - 9th i reserved paid for the room through a site. The hotel holds $100 deposit which I received after I vacated. The hotel in the pictures. Those are some very, very old pictures.I promise you, it does not look like that beautiful location right across from the beach. I stayed in three different rooms all filthy and disgusting. The carpet grimy stained your feet will turn color there's handles on the dresser that are missing. I have also had them pulled off when I tried to open the dresser the refrigerators are so freakin old and they're covered with rust one of mine did not work, I didn't get a new one till the next day i had to keep bags of ice so my service dog's food didn't spoil you have a coffee pot, but to make coffee You gotta put the coffee machine on the floor to plug it in and use it, or put on the toilet and plug it in.Unfortunately when you use that outlet the plugs fall out, so you can't use them the mirror in the bathroom is held on the wall by string there is terrible water damage in the bathroom. The bathroom door is warped and coming apart at the bottom walls and doors are filthy usually you get new roll of toilet paper, not here the same toilet paper from the last occupants is what you'll be using there's black mold that's been painted over, that's coming through i got sick first night I was here. Terrible sore throat. The AC units are very old and filthy. There's no light. There's only one small lamp in the room that provides very low little bit of light. One of the rooms I stayed in, that lamp was broken. It was leaning over held together still by its wire inside i completely understand why they don't add more light.Because you would have to see how dirty the room is last week, when I was here, I smelled ceptic fumes coming from the bathroom that filled up my room, I had opened the door then I had to pee, I flushed toilet later when I walked back over there, the whole floor was flooded. The water leaked out from the base of the toilet because there's no sealant around the base. They moved me to another room nothing you see in that pretty advertisement is what you get, I promise only once did the wi fi work some of the rooms the ruku will work it was nice when I had a room where it worked the TVS are different sizes. Different ages room I have now. It's a small TV with 12 channels. And last night a roach, climbed up on the bed and tried to snuggle next to me he was probably full after eating the food that was stuck to the fork. That was underneath the bed he came out from under. I am disabled. I receive social security. I have a service animal she has been with me now for 4 years and travels everywhere with me and I mean, everywhere takes the buses train been on a plane. Before I found this place, we stayed at comfort suites not a problem perfectly clean room, as it should be.Never problem my service animal. This place, however, has complained multiple times about me staying here that they have to give an extra deep cleaning to the room because of my service dog and that people are allergic to her fur every time I receive my security deposit without a problem i ordered the room. Ahead of time like I always prepaid for it when I came to check-in yesterday. I was told that they changed their policies and are now requiring a $50 maintenance fee for service.Dogs this is very illegal. They cannot charge for service animals unless the animal does something destructive, that's a different story i was told people have allergies, and the dog is bothering them. I couldn't not take the room.I already paid for it and I wouldn't get a refund what they did was illegal. First off the agreement that I made when renting this room said nothing about a $50 maintenance fee for my service doc. I believe they did this to deter me from coming and staying here with her. They have some nerve doing that, considering how disgusting filthy and dilapidated place is the tub in my bathroom, the water is coming out of a rusty pipe i have only seen two cleaning ladies since i've been here who don't clean s*** One has her foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel, so I don't know what she's cleaning or how obviously it's nothing, it's pretty evident i have never have.seen a vacuum taken to any of these rooms during the so called cleaning. The bottom of the pool is badly chipped, so watch for your feet that you don't cut your feet. The mold is bad, probably the worst part, along with the grungy, sticky carpets obviousLy, i'm not lying if you check out the other reviews, they all say the same thing. In spite of this, I stayed here because of the price. When I get here, I clean and wipe everything down. I'll never let my animal sleep or lay down on the floor she goes on the bed, I walk with my shoes on i clean the filter for the a c unit one thing that's important when you're disabled with my disability and having a service dog to help is consistency moving her around to different hotel rooms was very distressing for her and difficult for her to do some of the work that she does for me now that we have stayed here multiple times she knows everything about the place she can take me to Publix. She can take me to the 711, she can walk me across the street to the beach. She can find all of my items in the hotel room moving from place to place causes her distress and confusion, as it does to me too what i'm mostly really p***** off about is that they have nerve to tell me they're charging me fifty dollars for a deep cleaning of the room because of my service dog meanwhile, I've been in the same room every single time. Except 1 time because it was broken down, they had to move me to another room, then I got moved to another but this would be the fourth time I stayed in this room never when I came back after the weekend. Did I see any deep cleaning or carpet cleaning? I am disputing this issue with the bank i already spoke with them and I told them the situation and I'm not authorizing for the $50 to be taken. Add to my account. I have photographs and videos of the rooms, and every time that I vacated to prove there is no damage caused by my service animal. To claim is that my service animal is bothering people's allergies. It's just a f****** huge laugh maybe all the dust and the grime and the mold and the rust, and the water damage is what's causing flare ups people's allergies. I have only seen one other person here, and that person was here every single time I was here and that man had two little dogs clearly they were not service animals i haven't seen him yet but I just got here yesterday i was told that they had a so-called service dog here last week that urinated on the carpet, and they had to clean it. And that's why they're now charging service dog fees. I told them this is illegal. They cannot charge fees for service dogs. And I should not be punished for someone else's pet peeing. On the floor you take the money out of their security deposit. You don't charge me a maintenance fee regardless of that, if you order through vio.com you can find the room as low as $50 reasonable tax and fees another thing which I can't possibly understand why they charge me two dollars a day separate from what I paid on the site as far as I can see, they're not supposed to be doing that either if you have a car, they will charge you an additional two dollars a day for parking however, it is right across from the beach. I can see the ocean from my room it's a shame such beautiful prime property and it's dilapidated it's a dump really makes me wonder oh, and they do absolutely nothing about unruly. Guests who jump around like j***** b****** throughout the night
