Fantastic hotel and genuinely lovely staff. 10 out of 10
Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage. Bathroom bath and shower. Comfy beds and pillows. Pool area is also spotlessly clean with plenty un loungers and umbrellas. The beach is beautiful and sandy again with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The food was excellent and delicious. A huge variety of dishes and lots of fresh fruits and salads. The staff are simply wonderful, kind, friendly and genuinely caring. My sister and I were always greeted with warmth and curtious. Staff went out of their way when my sister felt poorly ensuring she was okay and cooking meals just for her. They were truly kind to us. We visited for ten da
ys from 11th to 21st May the weather was between 36 and 42degrees so on hot days we made use of the beautiful pool area under the shade of the pergolas covered with bougenvillea. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Good experience
We stayed in the beach sector and the experience was very good. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and with excellent bedding. The beds are also very comfortable, ideal for a good rest.
The hotel has a nice and well maintained pool, plus direct access to the beach, which is a great plus. The location is also very convenient, close to the Old Market and Naama Bay, allowing you to go for walks without the need for long transfers.
The food was regular, could improve in variety and flavor, and the drinks were sometimes a little hot. Even so, the service was correct and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant.
In short, a good option to relax in Sharm el-Sheikh, with comfortable facilities

Wonderful holiday
waow i had wonderful time here first things all stafffff was amazing Especially Aly ahmad nastya bar staff bassan hasaan well everyone All friendly beach place so good u can just 10 second walk to beach very clean place food is good breakfast good drinks also good thats why this place deserves more than 5 starss I will come back next year see u soon guyss Thank u so much

my impressions of the rest
We rested in this hotel during 12.02-19.02
The biggest advantage of the hotel among others is a location. An incredible embankment, where everyone can choose leisure for the soul and body. I think this is the best option for young people. because I have something to compare with, because I am not in this city for the first time.
Let's analyze the hotel in more detail: its territory is not too large, everything is convenient, compact and beautiful and well-kept. However, the quality of our room left a lot to be desired: a lot of fungus in the bathroom. When we checked in we didn't have shampoo and shower gel, had to be reminded, they brought it all to us right away. Also, the downside was that the main pool during our stay at the hotel was under restoration, so we had to go to another building of the hotel, which is on the other side of the road
The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly, I got a lot of energy from their smiles and kindness.
As for the food, everything was delicious, a large selection, a lot of fruits and vegetables.
I vacationed with my children, so leisure for them was also important to me. The playground needs a complete restoration and renovation, because everything is falling apart.
Animators, a special thank you for the good mood during the rest, your energy was especially charged.
