Comfortable and cozy

We had one of the studios on the top floor and it was good for us. Everything was there and the apartment was clean and tidy, also we looked out on a park with walkway towards the center. The extra booked parking also saved us a lot of hassle and was easily arranged. The only downside for us were the mattresses which seemed to need replacing, after we turned these it became a little better happy.
The location and comfort made for us that we will definitely come back here again.

Beautiful apartments in a prime location near the city center!

We were able to enjoy 5 relaxing nights in number 3. Both the telephone contact and the ladies on site were super friendly. Our room was bright, quiet and clean, nicely furnished with a side view, good because of the noisy construction site, and good facilities. The location to the city center is great, the reserved parking space is very practical. We felt comfortable and minor defects are easy to overlook. Our bed was actually a bit saggy and the towels, as far as we know, should be changed automatically after 3 days. The fact that a large construction site is affecting the access should be communicated.

Don’t be fooled by Frieburg appartements

I hope these pictures help others to not book this place. As you can see the apartment that was given to us has nothing to do with what is offered by this company through booking and other websites that only shows one floor spacious apartments. This one instead is a tiny space with two super reduced floors. The worst part is that I called the management office to complain about all of the above and no solution was provided to us, only a lady named Lilo who was trying to convince me that this was what I have booked and also she was making up some random excuses to get rid of the problem. Her last sentence on the phone was she couldn’t do anything about it and that she had already listen enough to me. I have just read some other complaints from customers that were assigned an apartment in the basement that were neither published in the pictures.
Too bad this has been my first impression of Frieburg and that had lost a journey of my trip on this.

Nicht zu empfehlen, keine Kundenorientierung und Flexibilität

Man muss sich 30 Minuten vor Anreise telefonisch anmelden, aber das Office ist nur 21 Uhr besetzt. Als 21:15 dort waren, war niemand mehr zu erreichen und den Schlüsselcode han man uns nicht mitgeteilt. Nicht sehr kundenorientiert, wenn man um 21 Uhr Schluss macht und sich nicht um den Zugang für die Gäste kümmert, welche noch Anreisen wollen. So mussten wir uns um eine andere Unterkunft bemühen und erhielten keine Rückerstattung oder einen Gutschein!

Moderno, bonito, completo y céntrico

Apartamento bonito y moderno. Muy completo en mobiliario incluyendo la cocina. Las camas eran articulables y muy cómodas, el agua de la ducha tenía fuerza y caliente! Cuenta con nevera pequeña y lavadora. También terraza al exterior. Muy buena localización, estando muy cerca del centro para poder ir a pie. El alojamiento está justo delante de un parque en el que se reúnen los alemanes para pasar la tarde y hacer deporte. Los inconvenientes: hay que pagar zona azul para dejar el coche o reservar una plaza de parking de ellos con antelación. Nosotros quisimos reservar al llegar allí y ya no tenían plaza. (Sólo cuentan con 3) y cuesta 10€ al día. Que sale más económico que en la calle o parking subterráneo. Tampoco hay ascensor y nosotros nos alojamos en la tercera planta. También tuvimos la primera noche problemas con el Wi-Fi. Nos lo arreglaron al día siguiente (nos alojamos dos noches)
