Great hotel
The Azak Beach Hotel is perfectly located. Right on the beach. Thanks to the small side street, you don't notice any traffic at all, but you're still in the city.
The hotel itself is very nicely decorated and even has two pools. Everything is very clean and well-kept. There's a huge selection of food. Various salads, hot dishes, as well as desserts and fruit, so there's something for everyone - meat lovers and vegetarians.
The rooms are clean and spacious. Wardrobes offer enough space for clothes. A huge plus is that the fridge is always running, even when you leave the room.
The balcony is very big considering you're only outside.
I think the staff at Azak Beach are particularly great. They're super friendly, helpful and multilingual and they're always there for you.
I'd love to come back because the price-performance ratio is still right there😃👍

Omg shocking evening entertainment, playing outdated songs so loud it makes your ears seriously hurt …. Turn it down
Rough , tired and very outdated hotel. Even the evening entertainment was shocking, playing old tracks. Put some decent proper entertainment on it’s a racket !!

most ok hotels alaniya - grand zaman and rivera zen. !!!!
holidayed in September 24 years. originally booked Hotel Cleopatra sunlight (aka Cleopatra City) but good thing the reservation was changed to Azac , it is not that bad!!!
location top right by the sea. and now to the rest )
• the contingent is mostly elderly Europeans who sit by the pool 24/7 and drink beer. they don't even need music
• drinks - beer and wine OK, but the dishes are dirty. the first day I caught glass with ice ) beer is served in shabby plastic glasses with someone's lipstick.

•insects - a cockroach was found in our bathroom , ants armies attack all rooms in turn . workers are aware but pretend to hear for the first time. we were relocated of course, but ants everywhere sooner or later ! ended up living on suitcases.
hotel employees with reception - a separate art form ) especially elderly gray-haired Turks , ham and he generally does not care about the problems of hotel residents.
short conclusion! in alania all hotels are like this! but! there are grand zaman and riviera zen , they are in the same place, but much cooler , spare no money for the surcharge , they are really much better

Deplorable
Everything was miserable the food was cold and they were chicken lunch and dinner.
Housekeeping was non-existent staff was drunk and unpleasant.
They smelled like sewage and mold in the rooms They carried garbage and laundry through the restaurant Don't go there a wonder Amn didn't get stomach flu

Compromise option
suffocated here from August 29 to September 07, 2024. Were the two of them with their wife, no children (logically, because the hotel is 18+). All-inclusive format, third floor room with sea view. I can confirm all the reviews you've seen so far - and you'll see them later). The main plus is a fantastic location for which to put up with everything else. The first line of the sea, the very principle of Cleopatra (the hotel is located +/- in the middle of the coastal infrastructure of the beach, which allows very convenient movement both ways - both on the shore and on the streets along the road). For lovers of a relaxing holiday also probably in plus the ideal location - giving the opportunity conditionally within half an hour before lunch to go to the sea, swim, come back, lie in one of the two pools. But IMHOI, this place is not for hotel holidays, ideally you can come back here for the night and again for excursions, walks and stuff. The number was "old" but tolerable. The food is certainly not varied, I won't write - who cares about this aspect, you are not in this 3* all inclusive. 3 concierges rotated, only one of them more or less understood Russian, the rest only in English - however, there were no problems with mutual understanding. All in all, everything was contained - without warm hospitality, but in a calm and businesslike manner. Russian-speaking tourists in this place are generally less visible than in the rest of Alanya - little inhabited by Russians hotel, for us it was a plus. In the end - it is still a compromise option, not a dream hotel - the main thing you are looking for in your holiday)
