Centara Life Maris Jomtien. Great staff
The hotel was lovely. Easy check in, very clean rooms, nice amenities and pool. Very good food.
The staff was beyond amazing. So friendly and nice. We had a slight issue with something that I will not go into details about because when it was brought to the managers attention, they went far above and beyond to rectify the issue. From then on they gave us treats and complimentary food items for the remainder of our stay. It was very nice that they really seemed to care about our unpleasant occurrence. I really would like to commend them all on such attentive service to make the rest of our stay enjoyable. All staff members were wonderful and I would like to specifically commend Mr. Suwit (Aon) for his continued care to us during our stay. Thank you.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to all. Good job!

Definitely not four stars.
On the plus side:
1. Family hotel, lots of visitors with pets.
2. Lots of greenery on the turf.
3. Every hour bus to the beach.
Cons:
1. Mold in the rooms.
2. Bad cleaning. On the last day, I decided to look under the bed and found a chocolate besides a layer of dust. Accordingly, no one cleans under the beds. They're on wheels, though, and you can just push them away. They found cobwebs on the ceiling.
3. Food is scarce. Small selection of both side dishes and meat.
4. You can't sunbathe in a hotel. The buildings look at each other.
5. English is very bad at reception.
6. The hotel is located on some sort of a cliff. It's a long walk to the beach.
7. Poor room service. Other hotels usually clean in the morning when you're not in your room. Immediately I can come in at 7 p.m. and ask if I need cleaning.
8. Some wild problem with tea in the room) put 1 tea bag.
Conclusion:
This is definitely not a four-star hotel. Maximum 3. Anything that's written in negative reviews, I totally confirm.

generally noticed that in Pattaya it is as if one star should always be subtracted. If a hotel is listed with 5 stars, the actual number will be 4. Previously vacationed in Movenpik, were not thrilled either.

A lot if hiccups with reception, booking, room confusions, we have booked for a wedding with almost 8 rooms total, we have sent a message requesting to all be at the same floor at least, no response, we have also requested high floor, no response and not honored on the day of check in. Me and my partner’s family were on separate buildings. But housekeeping is so good, our rooms are always refreshed everytime we come back.

Good 2 weeks
Some areas and rooms require some maintenance upgrade , don’t let this remark put you off , I was not happy with my initial room was upgraded to premium, very spacious bed comfy air con worked fine , water every day replaced, bathroom also spacious with large shower area and separate bath . Would recommend upgrade to at least this room , staff all helpful and pleasant. Only draw back is getting to the seafront , we hired a scooter for 2 weeks for £45 if your not afraid to run around on a scooter is both fun and cheap
