At 3 o'clock goes the vanquished
After a couple of negative experiences in apartments in Vallaodlid we stayed in this modern and comfortable apartment a few meters from the center of Valladolid, with all the amenities: everything very new and above all, very clean and very well equipped. Very comfortable bed and no noise was heard all night. To repeat

Nice surprise.
Highly recommended. Spacious, clean and fully serviced room. Spacious terrace just like the bathroom. Quiet area, no problem to park. We really liked it. Targeted as a reference site the next time we are in Valladolid.

Midnight scare
Apartment No. 13 lived up to its bad luck no. When we arrived the TV had Netflix and Disney+, the next day Disney+ was taken from us. We wanted to understand that maybe the old tenants left it connected by mistake, although that same day while we were outside the apartment called us the service personnel to ask permission to enter the maintenance we still do not know why, since that same night we raised the fire alarm at 23:30h giving us a good scare. Although the apartment is all digital and there is no reception, they answer you 24h to the phone. We called to tell them about the alarm and they told us it blew when it was short of battery, but it was too late to go and change it and they also didn’t guarantee that it wouldn’t go off again in the early morning. They didn't give us any solutions, so the maintenance guys came in? Maybe to check the battery and they didn't change it? Or to detune Disney+? We don't care about Disney+ because we already found it weird like Netflix, but the fire alarm is unforgivable. That night we did not sleep peacefully for fear that he would startle us again with the beep. We only stayed two nights and one night watching TV, another tenant who wanted to connect the youtube to his TV connected in ours since they are all connected to the same network. To say something positive, the apartment very nice, all new and clean, the comfortable beds minus the sofa bed which is also located in front of all the air conditioning jet

What could have been right and it wasn't.
On the bright side: Its very central location. The apartment is well equipped. It has its own parking (although we do not use it).
On the negative side:
1. I did the bank card confirmation weeks earlier with the bank ok. Three days before the stay I was asked to do it again, which I did with the bank ok again. The same morning of the entrance at 11 am already near Valladolid, they demand me again this procedure that I do again with the ok of the bank.
2. In the subsequent call at 11.30 that I make to be confirmed that everything is correct, I communicate that I will arrive at 3 p.m. They tell me they send apartment number and password by wassap. Once we arrived at 3 p.m. and not having received it, I call the contact phone and they tell me that I can not enter until its cleaning. After repeated complaints every half hour, I am given access at 5 p.m., when I demand a solution.
Check-in was scheduled for 3 p.m. Although the departure is before 11 am, I do not understand how this incident could have occurred. Not receiving any reasonable explanation and apology from the company.
3. When we access the apartment the floor is full of crumbs, which we have to sweep (what did they clean before?)
Of course for all these inconveniences we find it inadvisable.
A posteriori and after a few days, I was called from the quality department the company after reading this same comment on Booking, I confirmed point by point.
They apologize on behalf of the company, but at this stage the facts are beyond repair.

Clean but stressful organising.
A nice place very clean and comfortable. The problem is booking everything online and giving bank and passport details over the internet. This is very time consuming. Also we opted to stay another night That led to regaining pass codes. Speaking to the operators was really stressful. Some were professional but one was very unhelpful even hanging up on me. Eventually common sense prevailed.
