Not recomended to stay

Near to Masjid, many Shops near by, rooms are ok, beds are very soft. The City view was view till next hotel. 4 bedroom is a 3 bedroom with extra bed, which is more hard. Bathroom was not good, see pictures. In the room is a Nescafe Coffee maker without capsules. And you don't get any eben if you ask for capsules! For what is this then standing there?
Breakfast was not much tasty, just pancakes and fruits/vegetables were ok. Worst coffe ever. Don't try it.
I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. It is the money not worth and 5 Stars is far away! 3 Stars maybe 3+
Sometimes 6pm room was not yet clean.
In the bathroom was the sink table broken and even dangerous as it was sharp! I told housekeeping but no one did anything!
Also this is a non smoking hotel, some of the guests were smoking in their bathrooms that our bathroom was smelly as through ventilation system it reached our bathroom.

8 night stay in November

The hotel is situated close to back of the haram near women's entrance. Check in was quick and easy. We had room 1301 & 1302 Badr suite. We had use of VIP lounge between 8am & 8pm which was really handy.
I was really happy with Housekeeping boy Masud Rana and tanvir Hossain joy. They cleaned the rooms & washrooms, changed bedding & vacuum daily, always with a smile. Housekeeping manager Mr. SAHA Alam And asstan manager Mr. Khalid Khan Floor Supervisor, credit to them.
The restaurant had every selection of food. Mr Marwah & Mr Zubair were very hospitable and took great care of us as we were a party of 7 and always had a table ready for us. Mr Saied Fathy, executive chef took personal care of my disabled parents. He bought us fresh juices, hot drinks and a host of different dishes. He really attached himself to my parents as his own. He really takes pride in his work and customer service and is a real asset to the hotel. Saied Fathy made our stay extra special and I would return because of his hospitality.

3 days stay

The cleanliness left much to be desired as we discovered a significant amount of trash under the bed. The bathrooms were outdated, and there weren't sufficient elevators. They conducted a scheduled maintenance that involved a one-hour power outage at 3 PM, which they had informed us about a day in advance. However, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and location is near Al haram.
