Stunning hotel on a beautiful island

We arrived on Fuvamulah having flown from Dangethi and were amazed with the hotel right from the start. Fantastic rooms, the beds are so comfy, the shower room is great. Towels provided for the room only which isn't a problem. The restaurant was brilliant and the food was so delicious, especially the chocolate biscuit dessert. The hotel staff were all really lovely and extremely helpful. The rooftop pool has stunning views across to the sea and over the rest of the Island and you can book a rooftop table for your dinner in the evening which was also lovely. The coconut juice was delicious too and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fuvamulah.
Remember, it is a local island so you abide by the rules, no alcohol and ladies cover their arms and tops of legs. Not a problem, fab place, we will miss it

Nice hotel with a good restaurant , the manager and staff are very friendly , the room very clean , towels are changed every day and the hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool with a beautiful view .
good experience , to advise .

Hotel nice, all inclusive package not. Noisy if overlooking road.

We had asked for a superior room, which is basically the same as the others but with a sea view. There was no sea view as we were not high enough to see over the trees, but there is a road in front of the hotel with CONSTANT traffic day and night, so after the first night we moved room as we were unable to sleep. The rooms were nice and clean. Many of the staff had limited english, I know I cant speak their language, but sometimes i gave up.
The food was on an all inclusive package, but it was always cold. If you were there dead on 7pm it was warm, but after that it was not kept warm, so it was really cold after 7.30 onwards. Such a shame. Not a huge choice, 1 pasta or rice dish, 1 chicken dish, soup and 1 pudding. Adequate, but not pleasurable. One night they had a big event, so we had an early time to eat. Weather was not great, so 1st 2 nights all meals were in the breakfast area, not rooftop, not their fault. But twice we went to reception for food and receptionist said too early, then at 8pm we went upstairs and it was rooftop!! so very cold food it was. She should of known where food was being served.
No alcohol and no tourist beach to wear swimwear. not a problem for us, but do your research. Not the nicest island to walk around and definitely not your typical maldivian island, but adequate hotel if you are there for the diving.
Would I stay again, yes if diving. Would I go all inclusive. Definitely not.

Great hotel

She lived in a hotel as part of a diving tour. Rest alone. The hotel is across the road and a small forest strip from the ocean, near a public beach with a sandy entrance to the sea. Hotel service is excellent. Upon arrival at 2 a.m. met, asked what time to prepare breakfast, it usually starts at 7, but you can book an earlier one depending on the diving trip. Breakfast is scarce enough, but that wasn't a problem for me, as I prefer to eat at 11 or 12. The room is great, new enough, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are high, but this is for the amateur. The plumbing is all functioning, in the shower room. Safe, air conditioning, fan all working well, air conditioning quiet modern. Cleaning is good, daily. The room has a balcony. Lunch, dinner took place on the roof, same place as the Infinity pool with ocean views. The view is gorgeous! The pool is small up to the waist somewhere, but the water is refreshing, which is a pleasure. 4 pool beds and tables, in principle always available. By the pool, you can sunbathe in a bikini. The swimming pool is open until 17:30, then there is a restaurant where many locals come. The food is very delicious, varied, according to the menu I included in the accommodation package. Freshly squeezed juices!!! Delicious coffee. The service is gorgeous! In general, I love the Maldives very much for the friendly people! The hotel owner is always in touch with the guests, wondering if everything likes. Plans to open a diving center at the hotel. If I return to this wonderful island, it will only be to this hotel!!!

AIG Grand, a surprise in Fuvahmulah.

The AIG Grand is new in the sheet. The hotel staff is super receptive and does all the effort of the world to understand and help us. The room is a taste, with air conditioning and fan. It has frigobar, so you can buy your shrimp in the markets and put it to freeze. The bathroom is excellent and the shower is a show apart: you choose the temperature and the water output with buttons that look like a keyboard, I don't know how to explain, but it's very cool. I wanted one like that at home. The bed and pillows are a delight. The pool is on the top floor and overlooks the island. We bought two newly fished tuna when we returned from the dive and the kitchen staff prepared a delicious sashimi, well cut and with a different ginger sauce. Very good.
