When availability and courtesy go to meet customers...!!
In addition to being a great comfortable property, it offers a fabulous location with breathtaking views, I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, ready to meet every need, in meeting the needs of guests in case of difficulty. I really appreciated the seriousness and courtesy. Bravo, keep it up.

As bad as its owner
We just returned and will never return.
We complained about the cleanliness and the owner says to me : I would like to see your house! Instead of cuddling the customer they make him run away.
The spa routes all with ice water.
The only positive note the kindness of the receptionist.
It is definitely not a 5 star.

Highly discouraged ..... run away !!!!!
Hi , I state that it is not my habit to review hotels , restaurants and so on , but this time I can not do without it, aware that I will not get anything , since there are already hundreds of other negative reviews. I stayed with my family this weekend , dazzled by some photos while searching for 5-star hotels near Etna , alas I did not read any reviews , I trusted only what I saw (wrong big time) , after checking in I was assigned the room , once inside , I immediately noticed that the room nn reflected the stars assigned to this hotel , (I say nn I feel Bruno barbers as in the program 4 hotels ) but in some hotels I stayed, in the bathroom we found toilet paper without seal , already opened and consumed , container of empty Kleenex , non-existent cotton jibs , disposable slippers missing , fortunately that when I go to the hotel , I bring everything from home , but if I had not been equipped it became a mess , and sometimes you choose some categories of hotel just to stay there to think before leaving for everything you have to bring , the cot where my daughter would have slept had there wooden headboard all flayed , and the sheet cover all dirty as if she had arrived ash from Etna , as well as the phone to communicate with the reception, the walls all dirty and in some places scribbled with pens , ohhhh, and finally to close beautifully, on the corner roof, with a nice spider that slept undisturbed for who knows how long given the size, down to the reception, I find only a poor girl who had to do everything , even as a bartender, made me talk to the owner, introducing herself as the doctor, as the owner
Of the hotel, I did not demand an apology, least of all, a discount, none of this, at most a change of room, the doctor, from the top of her nobility, replied telling me that I had not paid 800 euros a night and that therefore all this could fit , I was shocked, but even worse, when she told me I would like to come to her house and see how clean her house is, these are the answers of the doctor, who seemed everything but a hotel owner, but actually on second thought, reflected what her hotel was, a big scam ....... I leave the readers to draw their own conclusions .... I forgot just to be precise, a triple for two nights I paid 360 euros, and finally I draw a pitiful veil on breakfast, at my house there are three times as many things!!!!!

Terrible room! They gave us a disabled room, motivation "they were fully booked" but we had booked a month before and still on the site the same day of arrival there were rooms available. In the bathroom there were no bathrobes and we were told that they did not have any, towels 1 each and without linen change or afternoon room rack (provided by the 5 stars). Magnifying mirror: there was only the base, probably detached previously and never put back. Dirty coat hangers, plastic and one different from the other and not even a bag for dirty laundry. Holes in the curtains, sockets detached from the wall. Dust everywhere. Dirty and crowded spa with malfunctioning showers and creepy breakfast! Plastic cups, paper towels, industrial cookies put in jars to pass them off as artisanal, by 8.30am almost everything was already finished.
Nonexistent service, not even the suitcases brought us. Un incubo! Of course we were not even offered a bottle of water in the room or something welcome, as usual in any 5-star hotel. All acceptable if you removed at least 2 stars.

Top in all respects
Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Beautiful lobby, large rooms with large bathrooms, good beds. The best thing is the wonderful, large terrace with a view of the sea. Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner was very good. Would happily go back.
