Great value hotel
Great value for money. The hotel is in a nice peaceful spot, perfect to relax in, plus only a short walk away from a more lively seafront where there’s plenty of bars/restaurants etc. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is fairly small which meant there was never any trouble getting a lounger by the pool and they were able to deliver a more personal service. The owner (Kostas) was very friendly and helpful and does everything to make sure you’re having a nice stay.

Hello, piccolo here. The hosts nicknamed me Piccolo. They are the kindest souls you will encounter and want to guarantee you the highest satisfaction during your stay. They gave me jelly, juice, twix and even gave me and my family fresh eggs from a hen that a neighbour owned. We stayed at the ground floor room. The Wifi was easily accessible, no passwords and was very strong. There was 2 wifi. Home1 and Home2. The rooms were big and very modern. I got a separate bedroom from my parents. The beds are very comfortable. The lights were aesthetically pleasing and were well placed. The TV was modern and contained netflix, live tv and ErtFlix, an android system that holds tv shows, movies and live television. The air conditioning units were perfect and modern, there was one in each room. All windows must be closed in order for them to work. The fridge was modern, and the kitchen contained all appliances including a coffee machine. The bathroom was big and included a nice shower that also comes with appliances. The pool was also aesthetic and had a perfect depth of 1.60m. It came with certain floaties and pool balls, if one went missing another one was introduced. There were sunbeds with umbrellas covering them, look at the images I will include. The area is perfect as it is close to Ipsos beach and Barbati beach as well as supermarkets and great restaurants, Barbati beach has the best beach activities. Ipsos is also a nice beach. Overall, this is the best place we stayed at in Greece, and in general. We will definitely come back again as we are guaranteed the best qualified and satisfaction.

So, I begin by saying that the structure is beautiful, equipped with every service and with impeccable cleanliness.
Me and my friends had a really good time and we wanted to thank kostas and mariana, who with their sympathy and affection took care of us and helped us for any need we had, we will never forget the dinners of pasta and Greek wine accompanied by many laughs.
We will definitely be back!!!

Holiday with Friends Tooop
We spent a week here with friends. Beautiful apartment, all new and clean. Ideal location for visiting the whole island, just a few minutes from the center of Ipsos. The owner Kostas is very welcoming, very kind, helpful and always attentive to the needs of his guests.
