Our stay at Hotel Vapore was amazing.
The Cuisine was very delicious and the Staff was really kind and professional.
Our Room was always tidy and clean.
The Pivnica Bar had a wonderful collection of famous beverages and beers.
I‘ll appreciate the warm welcome and kindness of the whole Staff at the Hotel.

Poor service,staff only on mobile,reception has no idea,room phone does not know how man can make outside calls.
Breakfast, all cold (Polenta sausages etc.Staff just sit around.

Nice room, but terribly noisy dining room, bad food and waiting times at the elevator.
Arrival parking deck 8th floor, with 33 people Inc. suitcases in 1 lift for 3 people. Then over a walkway you arrive on floor 8, the reception and 2 tiny lifts. After 15 minutes we could take the elevator to the 5th floor. The room was beautiful, lovely bed and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. But no chair in the room and no decent hook for the bath towels. Balcony with music blaring from bottom to top. Then the crowd and noise in the dining room. The chairs were noisy, the music was terribly loud and the buffet was crammed together in a corner. You couldn't reach anything and the food was very substandard. I ate reluctantly, it felt like an all-inclusive food shack. The music was blaring as soon as we entered. At breakfast we waited 10 minutes for bread, there was nothing and eventually a basket with leftovers from the day before was placed angrily. We traveled on an organized trip, but we would never choose this hotel ourselves. Keep the luxury and ensure a smoothly running, quiet dining room and better food. The dining room was on floor 2 and before you could get into an elevator it took 15 minutes because it was always full of people from the other floors.

Neum 2023 October time
Location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and local stores, rooms were clean and fresh with small issue - namely - lack of possibility to boil a water for tea or coffee in the hotrl room, the room service was on good level - every day fresh towels and clean poches/sheets, unfortunately in terms of food I have to say that it was disaster, very small amount of various dishes, 2 soups that taste was very average all rest of food was very bad, just 3 species of meat ( not always fresh or well cooked as we had food poison after all ) very small choice of salads or indegrients to make a sandwitch, no possibility to make a tea for the supper time ( it was possible only on breakfasts) and even no choice to purchase it from the food service, it is better to eat in restaurants near to the hotel, general score in my opinion 3 out of 10, hotel owner should take action on it to make it better place as there is a lot of potential here to make it great place to stay in Neum.

Miserable and rude treatment of guests!
I arrived with friends at the hotel and parked my car on the parking lot of the hotel.
We took the hotel elevator down to the beach where the bar is located. We used the elevator because one of my friends was temporarily having trouble moving due to a medical condition.
We spent a nice amount of money and after a couple of hours of sitting and enjoying we headed to the hotel entrance to get to our car and go home.
When we tried to enter the hotel, a security guard from "Delta Security" who was hired by the hotel approached us and prevented us from entering, with the explanation that HE does not allow it in HIS hotel
We nicely explained to him that we were guests of the hotel, that our car was in the parking lot of the hotel and that our friend was not able to go the alternative way (consists of a million stairs), due to medical condition.
The security guard unfortunately had no understanding or patience, and even threatened us (he threatened to two girls, a young man with limited mobility and me), and I am sure he would beat us without any trouble or remorse,just for fun or pleasure .
I am local in this city, I live here all year round and I warmly recommend everyone to avoid this "hole" with poor, incompetent and especially insolent staff (not all staff but 90% of them).
They have the same offer as any other restaurant or hotel in Neum but differ in expensive prices, poor service, and in my experience unfortunately you can get BEATEN UP if the security guard is in the mood, even if you are a girl, immobile or semi-immobile person it means nothing.
