Good value for money!
Clean rooms, friendly staff, hearty, varied and delicious breakfasts.
Good value for money! Right next to the hotel there is a 24-hour supermarket, if you go around the building on the other side there is a SPAR, at its entrance is a VTB ATM. The nearest metro is Nariman Narimanov 1.5 km walk (17 min). Ahmed Rajabli Street bus stop is a 5-minute walk away and you can reach the centre. If you stay more than five nights, free pickup at the airport.

The overall experience was excellent. The breakfast offerings were delightful, and the room service was truly outstanding. However, the spa massage fell short of expectations, particularly given its premium pricing. Despite this, the stay itself was thoroughly enjoyable

Comfort and pleasure
It was a big deal that we had a hotel that made us feel at home on our trip to Baku.
We first picked our Ets tour from a number of hotels to this hotel, then before going to Baku we learned from youtube a Turkish owner which was a surprise for us. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, Mr Ali, and the hotel, thanks very much.
Priority Hotel is a 2-year New Hotel. The hotel is quiet and Family hotel. We also stayed 3 nights at the hotel and when we arrived all day tired of sightseeing in the evening we were really relaxed. The rooms are very comfortable Clean beds are really very comfortable and spacious.Daily cleanliness and towel change are done with meticulousness.The internet of the hotel works very well, if not abroad.The hotel staff is very friendly and caring..Breakfast is beautiful and varied.The hotel metro is 10 min walk away from Neriman Narimanov.We had a very enjoyable vacation, with the incredible beauty of the view and the comfort of our hotel.

The room stinks of cigarettes and we asked for non smoking. The website says free parking included, but there is only paid street parking. Parking is very complicated and requires Azerbaijani phone number and loading it with cash at the store.

The worst trip and attitude in Baku was met in this hotel! I was in Baku for the second time and was shocked by such an attitude! My friends and I booked this hotel 4 months in advance! Our flight was postponed and we arrived half a day earlier, we wrote about this to the hotel in advance in the booking, they replied, come, your reservation is confirmed. We arrived and they didn’t check us in! Ok, we came the next day and again they didn’t check us in, supposedly the hotel was full, and we’ll put you in another one for one day, which is opposite them, they have some kind of agreement ♀️ we didn’t want to, because we originally booked this one, it’s new, clean, but where they moved it was old, dark and not very good at all and so we wandered from hotel to hotel, and didn’t want to solve this problem, then with the rooms too, they didn’t give us what we booked, we ended up staying with them after 2 days and a room without a balcony or even a window! It just stupidly hits the wall! Simply screwed! In general, I don’t recommend it! it was so clean, cozy and the food was delicious.

Unfortunately, we do not have the chance to keep the room empty for guests who do not come on very busy days such as Formula 1.
