I had to go to sleep without having a shower ..
The maintainers men were fixing the shower until 11.30 pm . My husband did not go to bed until midnight. The delayed going to bed delayed whole of following days itinerary as we woke up about an hour later then our original plan.
complained to reception who said he will send something complimentary in the room. I specifically said anything complimentary but would like some reduction on my stay. At 4pm while we were resting a waiter came with fruit plate saying it was compliments from the hotel. I sent the fruit back saying I did not want it and that I would like to speak to the general manager. The general manager has not got back yet. May be he will get in touch tomorrow morning before I leave

Soap dispensers in the bathrooms are like the cheap one they don’t even dispense properly.
No bellboy in the hotel
Staff attitude is ridiculous
I could have uploaded a couple of clips but unfortunately there’s no option for uploading here. But if you are reading this review just don’t go for this Hotel if you want value for your money

The hotel is clean and well maintained but the cleaning ladies didn’t check if the amenities were really there, I got only empty carton boxes of toothbrushes and combs. The breakfast was ok and with a lot of choices but the coffee was disgusting. My personal highlight was the soap and shampoo - I got addicted to the beautiful smell and I was sad that I couldn’t take a bit of it home. We also used the room service, it arrived quite quickly and the pasta was approved by my picky-eater-child. Minus point: no menu in the room, on TV there was a possibility to “book” very few dishes but this order never went through so it was some kind of fake.
Since the rooms have the doors facing the huge hotel lobby where some Russian-speakers partied until late at night, it was hard to rest.
Overall it is not a bad hotel and it may become even better if the management takes care of the minor things that I mentioned and that might be annoying if someone books a luxury class hotel and expects luxury class service.
