breakfast was good but they had no coffee because the machine broke. They should of went to Dunkin Donuts and bought boxes of coffee already made.

Prior to my stay, I messaged the property twice asking for an early check in, if possible. When I arrived at 11 am, they did have a room ready but would charge me $40 to check in before 2 pm!!
a) why wasn't this outrageous fee disclosed in advance and b) why have it anyway??!! It's totally unacceptable. I've been at hotels all over the country, as well as in many other countries and have never encountered this.
When I did get to my room, I found a notice that they provide housekeeping every other day. Not since the pandemic have I seen this. EVERY hotel I've stayed in since 2021 provides daily housekeeping.

We booked a room because our house is for sale in Columbia, and I booked last minute-the only problem is the pool was closed, that was very disappointing, but other than that everything was fine, thank you!

We were sent to a room that was not cleaned and had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes. Hardly an apology was given for the oversight. We room and hall smelled of marijuana. Our neighbor was noisy and disruptive.

Rooms are clean and as described. Breakfast was perfectl, a lot of items to choose from. Not so pet friendly as there is a 75 a night pet fee. Also there is a $6 a night car fee, not sure why?
