-Rooms are very nice and comfortable.
-Environment peaceful and quiet.
-House keeping staff or team are the best, wonderful, helpful, professional, and friendly.
-The daytime desk receptionist and manager can be rude and nasty.
-My stay was for eight weeks.
-If I ever came back it would be because of their house keeping staff.

Clean, quiet, and priced right. Common areas are a bit dated, but rooms are fairly new and very clean. Unlike pricier area hotels, RR was quiter and did not reek of marijuana.

My stay at this Ted Roof Plus was okay. I looked all over for facial tissues in the bathroom and finally found them on the desk in the main room along with water cups and an icebucket. No mini coffee pot in the room but there was voffee in the lobby. The room was okay, too. Imagine finding a 15" x 48" rug in the main room as the only comfort in the room. Bath and body soap was in dispensing bottles on the wall in the bathroom and the shower area. The stay was okay but there was very little in the way of comfort.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was a “non- smoking room”. One of the beds had stains. We ended up using the other bed which had a bad smell as well. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. Overall, bad stay!

We knew what to expect from this stay, as we’ve stayed in many budget hotels before. Our expectations were not high, but cleanliness is not a luxury — it’s a basic requirement. Unfortunately, this hotel was not clean at all.
The issue didn’t seem to be about being short-staffed, but rather a lack of proper management. While the room may have been tidied up, it was clearly not cleaned thoroughly between guests. For example, there was gum stuck to the shampoo bottle and residue in the sink from previous use — clear signs of poor cleaning standards that appear to be accepted by management.
We also had serious doubts that the bedding had been changed. While we couldn’t confirm it for certain, we were uncomfortable enough to go out and purchase new sheets from a nearby store.
