The beds aren’t designed for people under 5’6”. I needed assistance or a run up to get in. The bed itself was too soft for us and we both woke with back pain. Only because we’re not used to it. The pillows somehow generated heat and the blind fell off when we opened it in the morning. My breakfast coffee mug had a crack in it that spilled coffee everywhere, sorry about that. We actually really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and clean, the food, surroundings, facilities and service are excellent.

The hotel itself was of a good standard and the club room was a nice clean room. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food good. Thats the plus points.
The negative the room although a club room didnt have air conditioning and was very hot as it was a hot night. Also the hotel is on the flight path to Manchester airport so jets were passing every 5/10 minutes until circa 11pm and then start again circa 5:30am. As i was there for a business meeting I feel more tired than i would have done if i had driven the 2+ hours it would have taken me from home.

Amazing hotel they couldn’t do more for us but the rooms were boiling struggles to sleep was so hot and air con didnt work they did give us fans but didn’t help a lot staff was great and hotel is gorgeous facilities are great :)

The hotel room we stayed in is looking very tired, all the doors bang even going into the bathroom.
Are room was never cleaned during our three night stay, all they did was replace the towels and take away the dirty mugs.
There was a main room light not working and the general feel of the hotel is looking tired a part from the bar area.
We tried to report some of the above issues to reception, but it was empty with no staff around to deal with our complaints

The room was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues during my stay. First, only one set of towels was provided, despite my booking being for two individuals. Additionally, I accidentally left my swimsuit in the room upon departure, and I had to call five times to follow up on my lost item. Unfortunately, I was only informed on my fifth call that my swimsuit could not be found. This experience was disappointing, and I feel the handling of my inquiry could have been more efficient.
