Smooth check in. Very helpful staff. Very spacious and stylish. I've yet to try the food but there is clearly a varied menu catering for a range of dietary requirements.

Noisy

NO Parking . I have requested a quiet room but room allocated to us was an interconnected room. There was a lot of noise coming from the connected room since evening . At night I struggled to sleep while my husband woke up twice from their loud conversations. We could hear every single word . It was really disturbing when you come to rest in room to have a peaceful sleep at night after a long journey , but you couldn’t because some ill mannered people in the next room. I had made a complaint to the receptionist on phone . But the noise was still coming on full volume . Overall a restless experience at Leonardo Hotel Bradford, although the facilities and services were good .

For a solo traveller, I was given an adjoining room which was very noisy. When I asked to change I was told that my room was the only remaining room in the hotel and no discount was given. Other than that, the breakfast was basic for a hefty price tag, the room was a little unclean (cobwebs, dirt on the carpet, hairs on the bed etc.) and the staff were generally quite unfriendly or unhelpful. You could tell they didn't mind if people were having a good stay there or not.

Perfect stay

Great location, friendly welcome at front desk. Room clean and well presented. 2 min walk into town centre. Visit the lake next to town hall. Some great bars and restaurants...city vaults, and great Indian currys.
