Great place innovated building and amenities.
Ordered a romm for 2 adults and a baby but they requested additional 10 CHF for the bed for some reason.

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location. Huge room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast served in a beautiful room. Reasonable price.

Wouldn’t recommend

Very disappointed , would never recommend this place , the Rooms were very cold , staff unfriendly , you had to leave Resturant area which was warm , then go out in the dark and come to get to your room
They supplied a heater for the room , I thought was poor

Perfect setting!

The staff was absolutely fantastic! You are set right in the middle of Interlaken and close to everything. My family of four stayed in a fanily room and it was plenty of space with a nice balcony overlooking the city with mountain views as well. I will absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is nice for a quick stay, room was spacious for 3 people. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached was also great. Good spot for walking everywhere and near the train station. It does list that there is AC but the vent is so small and blows warm air so if you’re looking for coolness you won’t find that here. Also the beds were rock hard.
