The room was nice, the view was not the pleasant to the eye. The shower pressure was great and the bed was nice.

Really very poor

Unfriendly staff. Sterile environment. A hotel that lacks any sense of welcome. The breakfast was poor. We went elsewhere on the 2nd day. We’d rather pay extra than eat the poor choice on offer. The room was fine but basic. Sachet of cheap gel and shampoo.

Nice hotel in Santiago de Compostela

Very nice hotel located in the city cente and 10min walking to Santiago de Compostela cathedral.
Receptionist was very efficient and polite .
The comfy room was very clean. The bathroom has a small bath provided relaxing warm water for my feet after 5 hours of pilgrimage walking to Santiago.
Strongly recommend this property.

Mediocre but good location

2-star hotel with acceptable and clean rooms and bathrooms. Few soaps (insufficient), small shower towel. Breakfast to be paid daily 5€ : at the buffet you can take only jam, dry biscuits and yogurt. At the counter you ask for bread (2 slices) and they make a fuss because you have arrived at 5€. Total absence of salt. Great location for downtown. I park the car at 6-700 meters for free outdoors.

I stayed there for two nights with my six years old boy.
Señor Alejandro at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, my son straight away felt at easy with him (after coming from an early flight my son was a little grumpy).
The room was clean and comfortable, the only thing I would say was that there was a light on the ceiling that was a bit annoying at night as it did not help to allow to fall asleep / it was a unfixed aperture in the ceiling (but I did not report it).
I did to complained about some smell in the toilet and the receptionist apologised and told me he will inform the cleaner. When I returned I did not feel any smell, so I felt my comment was taken seriously and dealt with, which is always a great sign of excellence in customer service.
The hotel is a 11minutes walk to the cathedral and is a very enjoyable walk, with many shops and bars along the way. Also is close to the train and bus station which is a plus, as currently there seem to be problems with taxis availability.
