Great location- very close to Cathederal. Lovely restaurant across the street a few steps away and another next door for breakfast- also two bars beside the hotel. Everything you need on the doorstep.
Staff were very very helpful.

Poor value for money.

Looks good at first glance until you look closer. Mold in the bathrooms, small rooms with windows facing against walls or skylights where you can only see the sky. Breakfast room is so small you get claustrophobic.
You pay a lot for what it is.
It's too bad.

Hotel in very good location and was pretty comfortable. However we were a little disappointed with some aspects of our stay. Breakfast was not good for the price. Not a great selection, no freshly squeezed orange juice, which we had everywhere else in Spain. Hot food not good. No decaf coffee apart from instant. Shower tray felt flexible when you stood on it. Pillows not very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Great customer service!

This hotel was at a wonderful location close to the Santiago Cathedral. Moreover, it was also central to many restaurants and shops. The rooms were great and the service was phenomenal.
I would like to especially highlight Jesus at the front desk for his phenomenal customer service. He helped us with our bags at our arrival and departure, helped order our transportation, provided us with great tips on how to get around and answered all of our questions. He also accommodated us in a mobility friendly room which was a lifesaver. He did this all with a smile on his face. We definitely appreciated this more than you can know.

A superb location, knowledgable and friendly staff, and an amazing room. It was really refreshing to be in a hotel with staff who are attentive, kind, and down-to-earth. I would completely recommend staying here and I would very happily book this hotel again in the future!
