Great location and a lovely room. Staff for friendly and helpful.
Our Netflix didn't work but apart from that a great place to stay and very spacious.

This was a full 2 bedroom apartment that would be perfect for longer stays, but we just had a short stay.
No complaints about the apartment except that the shower tub is so tall with one of those swinging glass doors that lets all the water out. There was also no hook to hang the shower wand from which made things awkward.
The hotel location is good in a quiet neighborhood and easy walking distance to the old town and castle.
All in all it was a great stay and someplace we would come back to.

Very helpful staff, quiet location, easy safe walk into the centre of town, handy for buses on Bratislava's excellent public transport system. Stayed for 2 weeks and there were no problems at all.
