Hotel Voncken Valkenburg
Upon arrival we got due to repair / maintenance on the elevator a nice room on the ground floor.
Great breakfast with wide choice of sandwiches and toppings.
The hotel does not have its own restaurant but that can not be a problem in Valkenburg.
However, there is a bar and conservatory to have a nice coffee or a glass.
Excellent hotel with friendly staff and very worth repeating.

We still regret the poor soundproofing (noises from the street, neighboring rooms, corridors... in short it is noisy, but fortunately it is very quiet at night) and the quality of services that is just enough (clean, but there are hair that hangs out, cardboard cups, buffet not always busy...).
Prices are a little excessive compared to the quality of service.

All right hotel
Staff we also liked and did their job well.
What is really a flaw is that I had indicated in my reservation that there is someone Vegan and that they wanted to take that into account.
Called the hotel again 5 days before arrival and asked if they wanted to take into account that someone who is Vegan is coming. This was no problem and they would buy some extra.
Well we arrived at breakfast in the morning and there was no consideration at all. Very unfortunate if you do indicate this twice and they answer positively.
Madam of breakfast gave as excuse we could not find in the assortment of the supplier.....
Let it be a coincidence that the Jumbo is sitting against it and no one can think that they could have bought something there..!!!!!

Disappointment
255 euros per night for a standard room then you can expect something.
Room 26 we had.
Old and dated, beds sagging,
fridge not working, mini tv.
Furthermore, we found the staff not welcoming .
Furthermore, Valkenburg is definitely worth
