Excellent location very good hotel.

Attention from Monica was very friendly and friendly, had patience because initially we booked the hotel, dp desisted and finally went to stay at the hotel.
The spacious and pleasant suite, the restaurant is not so recommended. We ordered rare medium cooking manzo and they brought it cooked. I ordered about 2 large shrimps, which almost didn't have to eat them and charged 45€ for them.
Breakfast should be improved.

Saracens' Covo Polignano Sogno

I with my wife and my two brothers-in-law spent 3 unforgettable days in this hotel. It is about 30 years that I frequent this hotel and I must say that I have always found myself well in all respects.This year after reading some negative reviews I was a bit conditioned.But I wanted to insist like the other years.Well I was enthusiastic about both the restaurant the Bastion (Exceptional) and the hotel. Everything is perfect. Thanks to the staff for allowing me to watch the Inter Udinese match in the meeting room. Thank you so much for everything

Spectacular Room With a Few Issues

We spent 4 nights in room 301. The room was indeed spectacular, with a fantastic design and in room jacuzzi. We also had a private terrace with sunbed for 2 plus a seating area, all overlooking the beach. I must say that, while spectacular, it was not designed for usability. There were 14 light switches in the room and I still used a trial and error method after 4 days. The sink had no usable counter space. The shower leaked terribly into the bathroom floor and the towels were in a separate room housing the toilet. Breakfast was terrific. Parking is a few blocks away and the hotel provides a tuk-tuk service back and forth that occasionally gets backed up. We liked it a lot, but at 500 a night, I would probably not choose that room again.

Best hotel in Positano

We stayed a week in this beautiful hotel with the most amazing location. We splurged and booked a suite on the 5th floor. Room 45 and had a large balcony overlooking the beach and ferries. The staff are amazing. Matia in the breakfast room tries to remember everyone’s name. So friendly and welcoming each morning. The front desk is very efficient and always welcomes you. The pool is certainly the highlight and you can spend the whole day watching the crazy comings and goings of the ferries water taxis and tenders. A great selection of food and drinks can be had by the pool. The bar staff downstairs are also very professional and welcoming. We dined at the restaurant for lunch and 2 dinners. Again excellent service and very good food with a great people watching position. The concierge lady was extremely helpful getting a reservation at Maxs for us and a driver at short notice for Ravello. ( a must)
We highly recommend this hotel. A fantastic experience for us 2 Aussies. Grazie Covo and staff.
