Just beautiful
Located on the outskirts of Cogolo, with fantastic views, without exception friendly staff who will fulfill any wish. I can't see a single negative point, except that our holiday will unfortunately end tomorrow.
Whether the beautifully designed hotel itself, the spa center, the insanely good food, the friendly staff or the activities offered (eg hikes with barbecue, wine tasting in the mega-equipped own wine cellar or Alpine evening). We are just delighted with the kindness, cleanliness and professionalism, the location and facilities. No wish remains unfulfilled here and if you have a special request, it will be fulfilled immediately

Great place for a relaxing holiday!
We are happy to recommend the Hotel Kristiania to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Trentino! The service, the cleanliness in all areas, the kindness of the staff, the architecturally beautiful and modern alpine ambience and last but not least the delicious offer. fresh and with love of prepared regional dishes in the restaurant, are outstanding. There is even a very good tasting of regional wines, with interesting information on the subject, offered by the hotel's own sommelier.
The well-kept and snazzy spa area with its diverse range of bookable treatments also leaves nothing to be desired.
Only the pool area and the two separate sauna areas (with and without clothing) could be slightly larger. Here, if the weather should not be so good for outdoor stays, due to the number of rooms, it can become fuller and thus a little more unsettled.

Won't recommend to anyone!
I didn't like a lot of things!
1. Breakfast, eggs-eggs-and again eggs! Guys, for money that we paid, is a shame to have just eggs when is about hot food, I really can't understand people which are praises them, maybe they didn't see anything better?!♀️
2. Staff is horrible, at breakfast we had to wait to be serve, I was in front of her waiting to be served, and she was talking with someone else, she didn't even had the intention to serve me, until I made her an observation!
3.The lock door was unfuctional, they didn't care
at all!!!
4.The shampoo and gel and all you want to use for hair and body, was the same liquid!!!! seriously?! a 4* hotel?! again, is a shame!
5.when we made the reservation, there was mentioned that is included the fee for city tax, 2,50€, after we were charged again!
6.The bill was given in Italian, we didn't understand anything, after finding that there are things that we even didn't ask or have! So, our advice...be careful with the bill, sometimes they use to lie the client!
7.The staff need review the behavior! (Just the girls from sauna was the only nice person!
Will add the picture, when is showing that when we booked, the city tax was included in the room price, when we left, we paid again on hotel!
So, conclusion?! Never again!

Buongiorno,
ricordiamo benissimo il vostro gruppo di 3 coppie e rimaniamo basiti di fronte a questa recensione in quanto una delle coppie, alla partenza, ci ha pure ringraziato dicendo che si erano trovate molto bene da noi.
Intanto, per fare un po’ di chiarezza:
1) nelle camere c’è un dispenser per il sapone e uno doccia&shampoo.
2) la serratura non ci risulta che non funzionasse
3) la tassa di soggiorno non si paga mai tramite Booking ma si paga in hotel alla partenza, questo succede dappertutto a quanto ci risulta.
Non è tollerabile sentirsi dare dei bugiardi, senza nessuna motivazione lecita.

Perfect for couples or families
Beautiful hotel in a superb location . Spacious, stylish rooms. Spotless. Excellent parking. Lovely grounds and wellness area. Good food. Will return in 2023. Much to explore in the area,..............so TripAdvisor insists that I write more. Lol. See for yourself. Worth the visit.
