Plush hotel but loud noise from heavy engineering on the nearby railway kept us awake and the room was too hot with the window closed. Worth paying extra for a lakeside room. Good breakfast and free EV charging was a bonus although we had to wait for a space. Dog friendly and lots of nearby walks.

nous vous remercions de nous avoir fait le plaisir d'être nos hôtes. C’était un plaisir de vous accueuillir pendant votre séjour à Sarrebruck.
Nous n'avons pas pu répondre à vos attentes en ce qui concerne la chambre. Nous le regrettons vivement. Vous avez opté pour la chambre Classic côté rue parmi les différentes catégories de chambres que nous proposons. Un supplément est donc demandé pour la catégorie supérieure. Dans la deuxième chambre, malheuereusement le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et une ampoule était défectueuse dans la salle de bain. Nous tenons à nous en excuser.
Dans la 3e chambre que vous avez mentionnée, il n'y avait aucun défaut, le téléphone et les lumières fonctionnaient parfaitement. Nos collaborateurs vous ont accompagné dans la chambre et ont vérifié les conditions sur place.
Nos lits sont correctement recouverts, les draps sont consus pour les dimensions de nos matelas.
Nous tenons à souligner que notre décoration élégante est très appréciée par la plupart de nos clients. L'hôtel et le restaurant Chez Victor's sont délibérément conçus dans le style français de la Belle Époque - un concept tout à fait harmonieux. Dans chacun de nos hôtels-résidences Victor's, la conception et le design créent une expérience individuelle pour nos clients. Ainsi, l'hôtel Victor's Residenz-Hotel de Sarrebruck a lui aussi son propre caractère, son propre charme. Dommage que notre style d'aménagement ne vous convienne pas.

I stayed with this hotel a few times, in general my stays were good, however my last stay wasnt. Apperently the hotel was fully booked, but I made an online reservation.
So it took them some time to get me a room.
There was a big group of people have a company dinner, this was loud, and they gave me a table next to this group while other parts of the restaurant were empty

We love to stay at Victor's Hotel.when we go to Saarbrücken. We feel comfortable.We have been many times here.

A great stay - all very well
We were guests at this hotel on the weekend the Christmas market took place in the Franco-German Garden. For us it was the second stay here after New Year's Eve 2023/24, with a big gala. Even then, we were enthusiastic about this traditional house, and we were not disappointed this time either. Starting from the very friendly reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, to the service in the restaurant and bar business - everything was very good again all around. The courteous restaurant manager with his great team, they all always have the overview and always an open ear for the wishes of the guests. The restaurant is recommended and the breakfast buffet is characterized by the freshness of the products. We are looking forward to the next time we are guests at this hotel again.
