Very bad
We arrive at midnight and we are told that the parking is small and narrow and not usable to look for a parking space .. hours and hours to look for a place in the end we gave up and we put the car in a private parking expensive as fire and so it was for the next 4 days .. we paid more than hotel parking for so much so we paid a more expensive hotel but with better services!! plus the hotel is on top of a hill and the parking lot much lower .. if the parking is not usable should be reported!! As a tourist tax cost different from the one reported when I booked .. like 200 euros deposit they wanted despite having paid in advance and do not know when they will get back even this not reported anywhere!! .. I do not know how they get 4 stars as the hotel is at most from 3..
We did not use other services as those used were enough to leave it alone! Never again!!!

Comfort and exceptional service
We stayed in one of the suites, and it was just spectacular. Spacious, thoughtful, and decorated with attention to detail — it combined luxury and comfort, like a real cocoon away from home. Everything from sheets to lighting was of impeccable quality, and the little touches made all the difference.
But what really made our stay unforgettable was the service. The Amarante staff exceeds all expectations — warm, attentive, always ready to help with a smile. You can feel that they are putting their hearts into providing a memorable experience for every customer.
We left totally relaxed and resourceful, already talking about our next visit. No doubt about that — we’ll be back!

Hotel to refresh
What did not like · Although 4 star dated hotel, rooms not perfectly soundproofed and once closed curtains does not completely darken the room so at first light of day the room lights up.
