Would recommend this hotel to everyone .

The room was IMMACULATE. Everything so fresh and so clean ! Staff , can’t say enough great things about them. Welcoming ,polite,Efficient. The hotel is a charming little place .Withing a very doable walk to the Olympic park ,events ,sky wheel ,restaurants, Will definitely stay here again . The breakfast bar was good,clean well stocked and the ladies taking care of it were on point .

Tiny rooms

Tiny room with tiny twin size beds that were advertised as doubles . No way !!! The bathroom > you guessed it super tiny. The beds were hard, and all in all, just an uncomfortable stay. Thankfully, we only needed one night. The room was clean, the breakfast was hot, and the valet service was pretty fast.

Dark, cramped, disappointing. Not what we paid for. Offered 'points' for partial stay - what a joke.

Room 227 the worst I have ever stayed in. Booked/paid 6 months in advance but were allocated a cupboard. Boarded up windows, no daylight. Toilet squeezed in against a wall so impossible to sit properly. Bed squeezed up to shelves. Management not interested. Never again.

Checkin Inadequate

While the stay itself was about as expected, the room small without a chair but as described, the check-in was challenging. Incompetent and not very solution-orientated staff wanted to deny me the room due to a faulty credit card terminal.

The room was not large but average. I was Solo so it met my needs. I asked for a room with the window facing Cone Street. It was a Two night stay and I chose valet parking then caught Lyft to the concert and after party. No complaints over here!
