The hotel was a good fit for us during our time in Hamburg area. The staff were particular friendly and likable. We would recommend Haus Rissen Gaestehaus to others and plan to return again.

Clean, Well Appointed Hotel

I was in town for a family event and we stayed at this hotel near beautiful Blankenesee. The staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms clean and well appointed and the beds very comfortable! I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area.

Basic but nice

We stayed here for three nights during a weekend. An experience I would not recommend. During that time we never saw any staff until we checked out monday morning. The reception was closed the whole time. The room was not cleaned once.
A rural setting is nice but it also means more dirt on the floors, especially when there is no cleaning equipment and nobody cleans the room.
Also very disappointed as the room was described as having a view. The view was of a small street and the house at the other side of the street. I would not call that a view?

PERFECT

Magical place ❤❤❤ I am very thankfull to the whole team for such hospitality. Rooms are all super clean and comfortable. Nice and calm area nearby, wonderful view from the balcony. Perfect sound resistance in the room. The bus stop is in 3 mins walking from the villa, 3 stops from Blankenese.
